LETTER TO ROBERT GARCIA ABOUT MY PROJECTS
REGARDING LONG BEACH

Hello Mr. Mayor:

I am Frederic VIDAL, an American citizen who was French first before to relocate in Los Angeles, CA in 2003. I have always been a great patriot and a motivated immigrant, ready for a commercial success that I am still preparing with my supporters and followers on the Internet and in town. I am writing you this letter to tell you how much I appreciated staying in your City of LONG BEACH for a few weeks, since the beginning of the year. It helped me to reorganize my project of breakthrough that is inside the Show Business.

I used to create my LLC, VIDAL & Partners, now renamed TIMefraMES, I have to reactivate after 4 years back in France and 2 years "Homeless" back in the US. I started to play the guitar and to write songs in 1976. As a veteran, my band BrAmStOcKeR is still my best creation to release soon a first album named FAKE PUNK. It took me some time to be back on track because I decided to be also in the movie industry when I arrived in HOLLYWOOD. I was homeowner after 15 years of civil service in a public bank in PARIS. I joined the SCREEN ACTORS GUILD in 2005 as a background actor but did not succeed to get a first speaking role, finding no agent at all. I scheduled to produce a first film on my own, FRENCH COP, but it stayed undone. It did not attract enough financing and associates at that time.Here in LONG BEACH, I continued to build my new network, as a journalist too (I have a PhD in communication studies and the Press is my specialty since I finished music full-time after our first single did not get a record deal in 77-78).

I am about to leave your City for a little while. I think SAN DIEGO can be the right location for me in order: to find a part-time job, to finance a room to rent, to meet the musicians I need to play my music (a drummer and a bassist) and the audience necessary to start this career I want for a long while. I will record there 4 songs (FAKE PUNK, HOMELESS, STATE OF THE UNION and SHADOW PRESIDENT), part of an EP titled 'HAVE YOU A COACH?' that can be my audio business card for the music majors and indie labels. In LA, including LONG BEACH, (I have been also in ANAHEIM), it could be in a second time the right location, the environment does not appear interested enough right now.

I stopped my social media activity in NEW YORK during the Summer 2017 understanding definitely I deserved more to be in the regular mass medias for the Arts but also for politics. Like Gracie ALLEN, this great American comedian of the past or the French personality Michel COLLUCI, I am proud I have been a "Write-In" Presidential candidate, me in 2016, especially for the Republican primary in California. I send you in this email my STATE OF THE UNION speech replying to the Address of President Donald TRUMP. I hope you will appreciate my determination for the election of the competitor of Hillary CLINTON to be cancelled, this is all about this Russian intervention that was not acceptable for our democracy.

Otherwise, I would like to stay connected to your so beautiful town by becoming a member of the public radio KLBP - FM 99.1 (FCC granted license for this new low-powered FM station to the nonprofit LBCTMC Long Beach Community TV & Media Corp). I have been a radio host of RADIO BAIE DES ANGES, sponsored by NICE Mayor Jacques MEDECIN, in 82-85, and I believe I can be useful again with a talk show, this time, about Homelessness (to fight against poverty), that will be dedicated to DENISE, a homeless woman who passed away during my stay and was a client like me of the Winter Shelter managed by the CLARITY organization, the Long Beach RESCUE MISSION and your MULTI-SERVICE CENTER (MSC). Later, I will invite all the good people I met there to stay connected to me and be their supporter if I can with the Fan Club of my band! There is nothing worse than to be without a job and a home!
